Welcome to the Regular Grand Lodge of California!

Upon receiving our Warranty Charter on June 29, 2008, our first order of business was the adoption of the Constitution of our Mentor Grand Lodge, the Regular Grand of Nevada, to govern our efforts. 

Now our goal is to grow.  There are many lodges in California without recognition due to many inconsistencies of criteria.  It is our ambition to invite and open our doors to as many lodges and brothers in California that find themselves in these predicaments and offer an opportunity to walk together in unity and worldwide recognition.

Our ambition is to extend the bonds of brotherhood and mutual exploration in the continued efforts of building a stronger and more vibrant Regular Grand Lodge of California for the benefit of brothers of diverse ethnic backgrounds. 

Traveling brothers of the world are always welcome.  An opportunity to meet brothers from different orients is always a gratifying experience that we treasure.  As we invoke the GAOTU in all of our labours, we include traveling brethren in our chain of unity.

PROCLAMATION

To the Officers of the Regular Grand Lodge of California, Worshipful Masters, Senior Wardens, Junior
Wardens, and all members of our obedience working under a charter from above named Grand Lodge.

Greetings and Salutations in the name of the Grand Architect of the Universe

WHEREAS, the constitution of the Regular Grand Lodge of California provides for the holding of stated
sessions and other gatherings as the need may require and further notifications be made by the secretary
of these meetings to each officer and the various subordinate lodges respectively.

BE IT THEREFORE KNOWN, Pursuant to the Laws of the Regular Grand Lodge of California, Ancient
Honorable Fraternity of Free and Accepted Masons, and by the power vested as Grand Master of Ancient
Craft Masons of the State of California and the Regular Grand Lodge of California, State of California. I,
Antonio Villanueva, Grand Master do summon all Grand Officers, all Worshipful Masters, Senior
Wardens, Junior Wardens and all Members of the subordinate Lodges to assemble with this Grand Body
at our Grand Session December 11, 2010. This will be held at the Huntington Park Lodge located at 3070
E. Florence Avenue, Huntington Park, California 90255. All Worshipful Masters, Senior Wardens, Junior
Wardens, and all Master Masons of each Regular Lodge must be present and in full Masonic attire.

BE IT THEREFORE KNOWN, that no Mason will have the right to visit or take part in this Regular Grand
Lodge unless he has been Regularized or is financial and in good standing with one of the legally
constituted Regular Lodges within the jurisdiction of the Regular Grand Lodge of California.

BE IT THEREFORE KNOWN, the order of events is as followed;
Saturday December 11, 2010
Grand Session – Noon
Winter Solstice- 3PM

BE IT THEREFORE KNOWN, that the Worshipful Masters, Senior Wardens, Junior Wardens,
are the legal representatives for their Lodges, and if for lawful reasons are unable to attend, they may be
represented by the delegate of their respective lodges.

BE IT THEREFORE KNOWN, that all subordinate Lodges must be in good financial standing with all past
indebtedness paid.

BE IT THEREFORE KNOWN, that all checks, drafts and money orders must be made payable to the
Regular Grand Lodge of California for all brothers. All payments must be submitted or mailed to
Alfonso Anzures, Jr., Grand Secretary, c/o 6201 Holmes Avenue, Los Angeles, California 90001.

BE IT THEREFORE KNOWN, that the Secretary of each Lodge is to begin collecting Grand Lodge per
capita tax at each meeting, so that all members will have complied with the aforesaid order.

BE IT THEREFORE KNOWN, Each member will be required to present his dues card to be admitted in to
the meeting.

BE IT THEREFORE KNOWN, that all Worshipful Masters are to have a written report for his Lodge
and activities and works for the year.
This Proclamation must be read in its entirety in every Lodge meeting until the date of
December 11, 2010.
